If your answer is YES, YES then join us as we host a St. John’s Committee Retreat. All current and future committee members are invited.

Our committees all have a hand in supporting the congregation, extending support to beyond our congregation, educating, and maintaining the Church’s buildings. Whether you would like to learn more about what each of the committees do or are ready to jump in, this retreat is more than a planning session, it is a chance for our committees and congregation to learn how St. John’s can support them and help them to reach their goals. Learn how we can best support your marketing and advertising efforts to get the word out about your events, activities, and initiatives, as well as your volunteering opportunities.

If we all work together, we can lighten the load of a few and help our small but mighty congregation to continue to perform God’s work. Every one of us has something to offer in terms of time and talent, even if it seems insignificant to oneself. Because in God’s eyes it is not so insignificant, in fact it takes one spark to light a flame. We can be that spark. Together we can move mountains.

The Stewardship committee will be providing a working lunch.
