Cardio Drumming is coming to St. John’s. If you’ve never heard of or tried Cardio Drumming, now is your chance! It is a full body workout that can be practiced by nearly all individuals and does not require drumming experience. The exercise involves using drumsticks to hit an exercise ball placed on a bucket, while listening to upbeat music.

Come dance to the rhythm of your own drum with us on Tuesday, March 12^th at 6:15pm (drumming will begin at 6:30).

Cost is $15 per person and covers the use of all supplies. Only 30 spots are available so RSVP to Krista Bokano by March 7^th to reserve your spot! 

Please note that photographs and digital/film/video footage will be taken throughout our services and activities. These will be used by St. John’s Lutheran Church, New Baltimore, MI for marketing and publicity in our publications, website and social media.
